Advancement

Advancement in Troop 24 is a method of personal growth. Scouts progress through ranks by mastering skills, demonstrating leadership, and living the Scout Oath and Law in their daily life. Along the way, they earn merit badges that explore hobbies, careers, and outdoor skills. Adult leaders and older Scouts provide guidance, while each individual sets their own pace. Advancement is about building confidence, independence, and the satisfaction of achieving goals through effort and teamwork.
